Friends of Nightingale Practice

Join our friends group and help us to improve and maintain our services

The Friends of Nightingale Practice (which used to be called the Patient Participation Group) is a voluntary group that meets regularly to listen to people’s feedback to help improve local services. We warmly welcome all patients, family members and carers to attend our meetings and to get involved in our plans.

Our aim is to ensure that all patient voices are heard about what matters most to them about local services in Hackney Downs.

We would really value your opinion the current services we offer. We will from time to time ask the members of our representative group some questions, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.

We need as many people as possible to best represent the opinions of patients of the practice. We really want you to feel ownership of the practice and to help us provide the best service possible.

Anyone can join this group and everyone is welcome

If you would like to join our group and help us improve our service and to be more involved with commissioning services within City and Hackney please get in touch

Care Opinion

Care Opinion is an independent organisation that collects 'stories' about people's experiences with different healthcare settings. You can share your story with them using the form below and they will pass it both to us, and to other organisations that matter. An anonymised version will also go on their website.

When the form asks which 'Service' you writing about, enter 'Nightingale Practice' – there are lots of 'Nightingales' out there, but this will ensure you get the right one.
